Garage - kettering northamptonshire

Does anyone know of a garage that would be willing to reassemble my front spring and damper assembly?

I've tried brackmills mot center (not very polite) and kettering motorist centre (very nice), kettering said they couldn't do it because of the liability.

They recommend halfords auto center, I'll try them in the morning.

Failing that, does anyone know of a garage that would be willing to?

I use CFM in Blisworth for the Z4 work that I can't do myself. Always happy with their work.

You might have to book in though.

I used to work on Brackmills. A few colleagues used the place you tried, almost all said "never again"

They did the MOT for my e91 and a puncture repair. But today they were just not nice. I did have the z booked in for Monday, but I cancelled that before I left.

If you're not fussed about having a bmw specialist do it, give sterling motors in kettering a ring, they might be able to do the work - have used them for years with no issues and excellent customer service. Or try M-Tek on Brackmills in Northampton.

M-Tek on Brackmills eventually took up the job, but the springs are not correct (dont sit in the holding plate). so currently have mystery springs on the rear and lowered front. - little bit of understeer.
