my current phone ( samsung galaxy ace ) bluetooth pairs, but doesn't show names and numbers on the sat nav , other than iphone that are compatible, has anyone got a nokia lumia 820, and if so does it work showing no's & names.

It's hit and miss on the E85 as there are multiple revisions of Bluetooth module. #69 showed lots of detail when I had a blackberry, less with the iPhone 4S and nothing after an iOS update
