Anyone know what the part number for this thing is, or how to replace it? I noticed today that the one on the passenger side is missing.

I also found that part, but I don't have those mud flaps on my car. The missing rubber part is on the front side of the wheel.
Those mud flap parts look like this:

Re: Rubber Flap Part Number?
Those parts are important for high speed stability - I don't recall what they are called now, but worth replacing so the air flow under the car is symmetrical again.
