Hello,
I have a 2006 e85. The roof appears to be struggling.. today it sounded like the motor strained and then gave up. I left it for 10 mins and came back and just about got enough out of it to close it and lock it in place. Then it seemed to go again.
I was wondering if there is anyone on the forum that repairs motors or even replaces / relocated them, if that’s what is needed.
I’m based near Manchester but can travel if needs be.
Many thanks in advance
John

Durham Dave repairs/relocates roof motors for a bargain price, he charged me £80 to relocate to the boot although that was several years ago now.JPO100 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 06, 2021 5:57 pm Hello,

Thanks Rob. When I search I see lots of post confirming how great Dave is with this problem but I don’t see him as a user or anyway to contact him.
Could anyone help?
Many thanks
