Long crank on cold start 2.5i [Solved]

HI, I just want to share my experience because apparently this has happened to a few of us and by the looks of the forums sounds like no one has gotten to the bottom of this or at least has posted about it. Hope this can help anyone with this problem.

The symptoms,
1-Had to crank the car for long after the car sat for a while for it to start. (But if left alone for a day it starts right up)
2-A little smoke and hesitation after start. (sometimes it stalled after starting but on second try started right up)
3-Pedaling it seemed to help it start faster.
4-No codes on the ECU.
5- No apparent loss of power and no misfires.

The Problem
Leaking injector/s

The Story
First new plugs, oil and filters. No luck. Then several fuel injector cleaners, still no luck .Then this made me think it was the fuel pump leaking fuel back to the tank because fuel line to the rail was losing pressure. (But that didn't explained the smoking when it started.) Still I tested it by disconnecting the fuel line to the rail and blowing it and found that it was no blow back. Replaced the fuel line with cheap fuel hose put a little valve right in the middle of the line.Ran the car closed the valve, let sit the car, and found that the fuel loss was from the side of the valve where the fuel rail was. Pulled spark plugs found one that was cover in fuel (which could also be a bad coil). Took out the fuel rail and the injectors crank the car with the injectors in the rail but not plugged to the harness, turns out one of the injector leaking. Replaced all six for good measure installed the OEM fuel line again and now the car starts in a heartbeat. Problem Solved.

Really hope this can be of help!
