Yellow handbrake and DSC lights on prior to changing dead battery, now run flat indicator as well. Is this something that can be reset or a looming big bill.2007 3.0 model

I believe this could possibly be an ABS sensor?
Those three lights came on when I had one fail.
It is possible to find out which one using a scanner and then sometimes you can get away with cleaning the sensor or the ring on the hub.
Failing that it's an easy change.
As with all things Z4, first step is see what codes you have. You could maybe find a reset will just get rid of them all.
Whereabouts are you?

My battery went flat earlier this year. When I started the car using a jump-pack I got those same 3 amber lights.
Took it to my local BMW Indy and he cleared them. I think he did it by re-setting the steering angle sensor!

I had same lights appear, codes read indicated a electrically faulty brake pressure sensor No1, there are 2 sensors screwed into the master cylinder. No 1 is the front one. However, cleared the error using a Creator 310+ scanner and the lights went out, had a couple of occassions when they returned so cleared them, had a look at the live data from the sensors and they showed they were working with good high pressure when the brakes were applied and they were near matching performance which I took to be in spec. So far my code and the lights have not returned, have a spare new sensor on hand just in case it crops up again. Creator 310+ a good scanner and capable of sorting Abs and Airbag codes when they crop up.
