Warning lights

Post by Sgr74 » Mon Mar 30, 2020 7:56 pm

Forget the airbag light. What are the other two telling me? I had a quick rattle around on here and it seemed like it may be the pressure sensors on the master cylinder. Changed them today but the lights are still there. Since I can’t get the code read just now, any ideas?

When they are on, give the abs unit a tap with a piece of wood - see if they go out.

Forgot to say it comes and goes.
When mine did this a couple of years back I changed the pressure sensors (no different) and sent the ABS pump away for testing (nothing wrong with it), so I removed all the wheel speed sensors. Gave them and their locations a good brush/clean and all sorted. Haven't had a recurrence since then

When the wheel speed sensors fail though you almost always get the tyre pressure warning on as well.
