Hey guys,
Had my brakes all replaced about 2 weeks ago and had some light rubbing sound from the rear left.
Settled it as the handbrake shoe and hoped it would go away after a while.
It's suddenly tonight become super intense - was fine on the drive out but on the way home after parking, it's here with a vengeance.
Im going to call the shop that did the brakes in the morning and have them look at it. Wanted to ask the forum of anyone has experience or ideas as to why?
Could the spring on the shoe be damaged/stuck? It was adjusted to the further-innest setting (for the side that squeeled).

Intense handbrake squeel/grinding
Update: this got fixed up today. The shoe bracket/clip had slipped off so the shoe was basically leaning on the rotor hat. They took responsibility for it and put everything back as it should.
Hopefully that's that!
