So I’m getting a replacement airbag control module as mine was..... not happy.
It will need coding to the car BUT how does one do this or where can this be done?
Thanks

Coding modules??
An Indy should be able to do it for you. Or with the right kit, you should be able to do it yourself.

Coding modules??
I've just done this myself (a few posts down from this one): https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 9#p1660491
It actually wasn't too bad in the end.
Alternatively, I think Quarry Motors in Sheffield can do it. Seems to be a few threads on here where people have had success with them. I did speak to them but given the distance I had a go myself.

Right so I also have no idea about all of this computer side of it. Take the engine to bits, stripping suspension, anything mechanical and I’m all good with that, but this is beyond me.TomR wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2019 1:48 pm I've just done this myself (a few posts down from this one): https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 9#p1660491

I got a cable, downloaded INPA and winkfp, and I think I have successfully coded the SIM module with my vin number as it all went through on winkfp and said it was successful at the end. I’m now stuck on INPA trying to get everything to link together but I have no idea what I’m doing to be honest.
Now I’m in Northamptonshire and am willing to drive to somewhere that can do this BUT after taking it to my local Indy who couldn’t do it I don’t want to drive somewhere to be told they can’t do it either.
I basically need a coding genius that can do it and I shall swap their services for some green queens.
