P0102 code
Hi all. I've recently bought a 3.0 M54 motor with only 73k on the clock and everything works flawlessly. But for the past month of ownership I've had a pending P0102 MAF circuit A low code that just won't seem to go away. No check engine light either. I have a generic engine code reader and the freeze frame data shows the MAF reading so presumably the MAF is working fine? I'm getting good fuel consumption (mid 30s to low 40s on a gentle cruise) and the engine purrs without issues. I've checked every hose under the bonnet and they all seem fresh. I've also noticed when I press the brake on cold starts, the idle bounces very slightly from 800 to 1000 rpm but vanishes after a few minutes of running. Don't know if this could be related? Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated as I've been searching endlessly for answers. Thank you all

Somebody else had this exact same issue on a 3.0l and it turned out to be the MAF. Not I would have suspected but here is the thread... viewtopic.php?f=3&t=101186&hilit=manifold
