I don't think the N52 has the pressure sensors on the ABS unit so my money would be on the ABS pump. Error codes
005DF0 DSC Hydraulic Unit: Pump Motor
005DF1 DSC Hydraulic Unit: Pump Motor Connector Fault
..will confirm. ECU testing is the place to sort it for you.

HELP! Yellow ABS,DSC and handbrake lights on.
Come to think of it. I couldn't pull the codes when I put the module back in. I didn't connect it up correctly. So it could well be the motor actually works but the abs ecu does not. Hence no codes being pulled. Give the connector a wiggle. Mine was filthy as well. Could be just dirty and giving a s**t connection.

HELP! Yellow ABS,DSC and handbrake lights on.
Happened to mine not long after taking ownership. My car had really bad alignment (steering was like 20 degrees off). Had the car aligned, drove for weeks ( months?) Then one day lights came on as I was going through a bend. Tried doing a soft steering wheel reset as suggested somewhere I can't rememver (fulll lock each way) and it would intermittently make it go away.
Ended up taking to my local BMW specialist Indy and it was just the steering wheel sensor that needed to be reset. No biggie. Hopefully that's your issue too!

HELP! Yellow ABS,DSC and handbrake lights on.
UPDATE.
Took it to a garage and he suggested that i get a replacement abs motor/pump, all in all this will set me back 522 with labour charges. I hae a feeling that i could get this cheaper but i don't know what to do. I have 14 days to get this fixed as my mot is coming up
Any suggestions or does anyone know someone else i could take it to.

HELP! Yellow ABS,DSC and handbrake lights on.
As already mentioned, get garage to remove it and they / you send it to ECU testing for refurb (approx £200).

Or, if you're not scared of a spanner, remove it yourself and send it off (instructions at https://www.instructables.com/id/BMW-Z4 ... e-removal/)
