Hey guys,
Mirror controls only work with the the arrow up and arrow right buttons - passenger window goes down when I press the button but does not come back up automatically, I have to hold the button for it to come all the way up. The mirror problem has been around for a while now but only recently has the window problem arised.
Any ideas?

Might be separate issues. Try a window reset to solve that (though one touch may have been disabled in the module).
Have you disconnected the battery recently? The mirror issue could be the switch, but would need some fiddling to eliminate.
Might also be the low battery gremlins coming out to play... charge it up fully if you can.

Mirror and Window controls not working properly
Yep, Steve has it right I think. Here's the window reset procedure:
Roof must be up with windows closed.
Ignition to position 1
1) Hold down button till window is fully down
Keep button held down for 3 seconds
2) Hold up button until window is fully closed
Keep up button pressed for 3 seconds
3) Press down button to open window a few inches
Press up to close window and hold for 3 seconds.
Check one touch operation works. If not, repeat above procedure.
The mirror will almost certainly be the switch contacts. You can either try to strip down and clean up the contacts with a spray cleaner or buy replacement assembly of Ebay (plenty around)
