opening bonnet catch via removed grill
I've got the perennial problem - the bonnet wont open. I've managed to get the grill off to access the mechanism, but can't work out how to open the catch from here. Can anyone offer advice on where to press/twist/lever next. Thanks.

opening bonnet catch via removed grill
Can't remember how I managed to get mine open, but it can be done.
I ended up replacing the bonnet cable, which has become stretched.
After that, I had a problem with it not opening due to no grease being on the actual catch, so I make sure I grease it up properly now.
Sorry that's no real help to you, but that's all i've got
