Hi guys got the motor out of its watery pit in 10 mins on second attempt, ..
Next couple of querys are .can it be immersed in diesel in situ in boot or does it gave to come out to do such a task, obviously im after taking off as little as possible, ..
Also im struggling to get the roof shelf out to run the pump lines behind it ti give a cleaner finish.ive undone tge two bolts ttha hold it in place but it wont come up and out.
Its the one that raises and lowers parcel shelf.

There is a flush plastic Xmas tree type trim plug also holding them in. Put your hand flat on top and you will feel a round depression with the plug in it. A trim removal tool or small screwdriver will prise it out
