After a joyous few weeks installing the new kitchen she who must be obeyed as decreed I can go play with the Zed again.
So back to removing the diff again.
All the bolts are off but the prop shaft won't part from the diff, the four bolts are off in the prop shaft but nothing
I'm a bit loathe to start persuading it with a hammer, am I missing something?

Diff removal again..
Merlot 2.2i SE, so far new discs and pads, seats replaced, Cam cover replaced, Roof now fixed, new diff x3, new halfshafts, new drop links and other bouncy bits,

Diff removal again..
Soak the flange in penetrating oil leave for 30 min,then wedge a screwdriver or similar in flanges,should part.
