I replaced my old knackered struts and springs for coilovers. All bolts etc tightened to correct torque. New drop links also.
I have a strange, irregular knocking noise coming from the front drivers side. It wasn’t there previously so must be to do with something I’ve changed? It doesn’t happen with every uneven part of the road, so doesn’t appear to be the new struts?
I reused the old top mounts so I’m guessing this is the first thing to check?
I know it’s impossible to say what it is without seeing / hearing but what could the noise be from?
Any advice really appreciated??
