Definitely 11127531561. Replaced mine on a silver-topped N52.

The screws attach the plastic cover to the metal bracket which clips on to the camcover

Trip to Sycamore BMW in Peterborough and (x2) 11127531561 ordered (1 spare for the next time! ). Now fitted.
