Hi need serious help, i had a few problems relating to alternator not charging, starter not starting, i learned that both starter and alternator the wires coming from the ews is the problem, the volts is very low, the wire enabling the starter to turn is there constant volt or only when you turn the key , on the alternator the exiter wire comes from ews.
Can the.ews be resetin some way and how do i do it

It sounds like the ews is simply doing its job, cutting starter volts, preventing starting. Likely caused by values going out of sync when you have been fixing other battery or charge related issues. Disconnecting the battery for a while and the trying with a different key MIGHT work, bump starting should get you going but not re set ews. The real alternative is to get a dealer or code wizz to reset it.
This all depends of course on fixing the original problem as well.
