One pink, one blue

I'm assuming this difference in colour between my headlights mean that the HID bulbs are on the way out?

Are the replacements D2S? How easy are they to fit? I'm thinking of getting the Osram Xenarc Night Breaker Unlimited at £94.99 a pair from Powerbulbs.

I got the Osrams for a bit cheaper here:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre ... 2426252758

They are D2S and they are easy to fit. Just disconnect the battery before working on them.
Much better light output than the standards in my opinion

I thought that's what pink denoted. The week after I first noticed my thought was confirmed!

I am ashamed to say that I got Halfords to fit it, and I was relieved when the guy said he had done one on a Zed a coup,e of weeks' before. He looked as though he knew what he was doing and it still works!

I've heard about a lot of fakes on eBay so would rather get from a dealer I've used in the past. Plus they come with a "free gift" which is presumably worth less than £20 :D

Edit: seem there's a discount code of BOOST20 for 20% off at Powerbulbs so £94.99 becomes £75.99

I tried getting Halfrauds to change a headlight bulb on a clio 182... paid them £5 and went to the gym. 2hrs later they were still trying. Told them the bumper needs to come off and ended up with a refund.

Clio was easy to do tbh, if you knew how, but it was all done blind, Renault on other hand would charge you to take bumper off

Z4 is much easier
