Running poor after plug and oil change
Hi all I have a bmw z4 2.0 2005 just changed the oil and filter plus it had bosh R6 platinum plugs in and changed them to bosh super 4 now its very stuttery on pick up also has a daft cone air filter on don't know if it's the plugs or filter or something else any advice please cheers

Check your coil packs are fully seated.

If the 'daft cone' was on before then it won't be that.
Likewise, if it was running fine until you touched it, then it'll be something you touched.
Coil packs are a good shout, but also consider simple stuff. I once dropped a spark plug whilst trying to fit it. Literally just slipped and fell onto the cylinder head about an inch below. Being a bit less savvy back then I stuck it in without further checks. Ran like a bag of nails. The plug had landed on its tip and closed it right up.
Did you dislodge any air pipes etc?

Retrace your steps with the plugs. Could be you didn't tighten a plug properly or connect to coil correctly. Just possible you have a duff set of new plugs so try putting back the old ones

Cheers for the reply I was thinking coil packs my self I've checked them all and they seem seated so think it is the plugs or a coil packs gone can you test them with a voltage meter
