It's only held on by 3 or 4 push in clips under each wheel arch and 3 or 4 hex headed screws undernearth. Once undone just pull it away from the rear of the car and unclip it along the lower edge of the boot lip.
Take care to disconnect the PDC sensors if fitted. It really is a 10n minute job.

Diffusers look really good

I'd be interested to see the pics when done.

I bought an OEM rear spoiler for my coupe (new in box) for £70 :D :D and fitted it myself this year. If I can get hold of the diffuser for £200-250 I might just go for it.

Cheers.

I don't see any chance of getting it reduced. It's a special order part from Germany and pretty rare anyway. I managed 10% dealer discount, but it still tops £300.

True, but times are hard for the dealers and lets face it, the items have been made, are in stock and becoming less likely to be sold with each new day that the new Z4 exist.

- I will pitch to my dealer...

Perhaps so on in house new 'old' stock that they need to shift, but no way on special orders to the level you are thinking.

Good luck though
