Getting the front down another 5-10mm has made such a difference to my happiness with this car!
Boost issue all sorted and can’t wait to get to some summer meets / drives!

Looking very, very nice Steve. Can't beat a white/black combo, and the car just looks 'right' with the changes/mods you've madeSteveSmith wrote: ↑Thu May 17, 2018 9:32 pm Getting the front down another 5-10mm has made such a difference to my happiness with this car!

Thank you very much! I’ve purchased some carbon fibre mirrors to see if I like them or not and hopefully they’ll tie in with the lip spoiler!enzed4 wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 1:27 amLooking very, very nice Steve. I’m still trying to keep it classy and for it to not look “chavvy” at all, I’ve seen a few other Z4’s over the last few days and they just look lovely completely OEM so sometimes I feel like I’ve wasted money / time and ruined it so it’s nice to hear compliments!!

I doubt anyone would call this chavvy, its a fine line but I think you are definitely the right side of it and black/white works better than other combos for the kind of mods you've made, I think what you've done is very much in keeping rather than a 'crashed through the Ripspeed warehouse' look that so many modded cars end up with ....SteveSmith wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 12:44 pm

Car is looking great Steve. Thanks for replying to my various questions over pm.SteveSmith wrote: ↑Sun Jan 08, 2017 11:53 am Thought I'd take some better pics of the side repeaters now it's clean!
So happy with this at the moment!
Wondering if the above pics are with the Eibachs fitted? Perhaps it's my eyes but the car looks lower than stock..

Hi Steve. A really good looking motor tastefully modded.
Can I just asked a few questions as I am looking to start modding mine subtly too...
1. The stubby aerial - do you remember where you got yours and was it amplified in any way?
2. The stage 1 plug and play - I can't see the E89 model against any applications on the Burger-Tuning website. Do you recall which one you ordered? and did you fit it yourself?
3. I am wanting the centre silencer on my 3.0 M-sport S-drive removing - Do you get any popping and banging between gear change or on the over-run? (My dads Jag F-Type does it for fun and like the sound of it).
4. What air filter (if any) are you running?
I promise that's enough questions
Again really inspired by what you have done mate.
All the best
