Fuel cap tether - fix

Post by Mr Tidy » Wed Jul 14, 2021 8:23 pm

It has been intact on all of my Z4s, but when I got my current 3 Series daily the tether was broken.

I know it hardly matters, but it just annoyed me!

I got a tether on Ebay for a few quid. It took minutes to fit without needing any tools - sorted. :D
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

I know it’s outrageous, but I actually really like it!

Mine was all scuffed and scratched etc, this looks really good.

I suspect its about as much additional power/weight ratio gain as the whippy to stubby upgrade... therefore, I'll have one!

Where did you get your knob from?

Is it a push fit?
