Garage refuses to fit non-RFTs?

So a few years ago, Goodyear Fs Asymmetric 2s were only available in an MO or Mercedes OEM fitment, on the back for my Z4M.

I ordered them and took them around to the local genius bar.

The conversation went like this:

"er, these are for a Mercedes mate". I replied,"yeah I know."
"your car ain't a Merc, it's a Beemer". Yeah, just fit the fcukers.
"Well I'll have to talk to the boss"..

15 mins later they were fitted. God damm it!

You should not mix runflats on one axle and std tyres on the other. No decent dealer will fit them to only one axle, I had this problem with my first zed. Not one dealer in my area would do it, apart from the dodgy used tyre place, also asked Michelin who stood by the tyre fitters advice.
