Seemingly ID4 are in the process of releasing Custom LCD Gauges for the E89

I wonder could they mirror a GPX Sat Nav Map on the Display like in the Audi.....

OMG, Expensive to say the least.

If you scroll to bottom it says that it doesn't work on Z4

Even if they fitted the Z4 the price is daft and they offer dozens of 'updates at around 75 euros a shot.
I would want an accurate speedo calibration check after fitting as well.

Think they have a prototype now

There is an instagram video linked that has it in a Z4 E89.

Still mad money.....

They now have a short video on their YouTube channel, doesn't show much really.......

I've sent them a message to see if we can do a full installation video of it on my YouTubechannel, just waiting for a response now.

They look great but I am not sure what other functionality they bring other than looking great, also not sure about hacking my original dashboard to fit it and most importantly I wouldn't buy it at that price!

This is the Z4 version.

I wouldnt cut or grind my car to fit it.

E89 will be a classic one day.

It’s a shame they didn't think through the fitting, in a none destructive manner.

Also, I despise the idea of paying £1000 for an item then having to pay to change the look of it.

It’s a great idea, poorly executed. Software lets it down.

You have to pay for the screen - then pay through the nose to have additional info such as oil temp gauge etc. A nice income model but crazy! I’d pay a one-of fee (not the £700 though) but don’t like the “keep spending to add functions” model!

Honestly the base price, while high, I might even pay for the modernization aspect... but I cannot BELIEVE they expect you to grind away half the bloody supporting material in that part of the car!!! Thats MADNESS! And then learning that you dont get the most BASIC stuff like oil temp without paying more? Dont make me laugh. I was really excited to see this post, and now Im just disappointed, haha.
