Yeah,the colour really suits the e89.
Seen a few over the years,and always nice to see. Almost bought one new at one point,a few years ago,with same interior,when they started selling them.

Trust me, the back looks 'cleaner', uncluttered and more elegant without the 'Z4'.

As for the sides, you may be wise to leave them alone, because there aren't many 35iS in your colour and diluting the model identity would be a loss.

I would second that, I did exactly the same removed the Z4 from the rear (relocated it to the interior!) and kept the sides badges as they are for a bit N52 identity!

Andy, I would keep it as is... its a 35is. You could always de-badge it further down the road if it doesn't suit.

Would’ve liked to have attended both in the last few weeks but had already agreed the trade in and they weren’t allowing any leeway with the mileage.

I was thinking the same, I think BMW got carried away with the badges on the 35is. Leave the sdrive35is and get rid of the M on the wings and Z4 on the boot.

Or maybe since we all got different opinions on this, set up a poll and do whatever gets the majority vote?

That is true, it's good to be different. That is why I fixed my Z4 badge in the interior of my car.
