I am now a proud owner of a Z4 35i and the performance is a BIG step up from my Mini One.

It has been a great car so far... other than needing a brand new DCT transmission and replacement tail lights.

Below is a pic of Pabs - heading out to Austria in a few weeks time and intend to take some better photos :D

Welcome to the forum, you won't loose that in a car park. Did you get the car cheap because of the faults or were they done under warranty ?

So very true... unless it is parked behind a Van.

Car is approved used. The tail lights were done under warranty. The new transition was due to a kerb stone flying of the ground and smashing my sump.

Thankfully the council accepted negligence!

Welcome along - that's a stunning looking Z4, and definitely a huge leap up from a Mini One!

So it's a tale of two halves so far - bad luck getting your transmission damaged, but good luck getting the council to pay to fix it.

Now hopefully you can just enjoy it. :driving:
Coupes because stunning!

Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

Thank you for the kind welcome messages.

LH tail light had a faulty indicator and kept flashing a bulb warning on the dash.

RH tail light was full of dirt. Can see it a bit in the photo but was far worst in reality.

Definitely a tale of 2 halves - felt my stress level lift for a week. But absolutely delighted with the Z4, glad I didn’t fall for a TT instead. Feels like a special occasion each time you get in and see the yellow bonnet in front of you!

Welcome on board.
Lovely looking motor and in my favorite colour.
I was looking for yellow 35i's when I bought mine but ended up with a silver one as I could bring myself to pay the extra 5 or 6k for yellow.
Happy with how mine looking now though.

That is a BIG hit on the wallet for what is effectively the same car. Love your contrast roof against the silver - looks like you have ended up with something just as unique!
