High Mileage advice
I loved my little Peugeot 106 diesel, sold it at 154k miles, ran like a sewing machine. Slickest gearbox of any car i owned. 69 to the gallon, served me well that little motor.
Wish i still had it in a way.

25,000 miles in a diesel at 60mpg £2500
25,000 miles in Z4 at 35 mpg £4200
The difference in price buys a cheap diesel. Save the Zed for weekend fun. If the deisel lasts more than a year you're
quids in.
25,000 in a 4200 zed, fun
The difference is priceless.

Exactly nothing good! Not so sure about the second gen but the first gen A class was a complete dog's dinner rubbish to drive and not very good mechanically neither. I don't think the A class was any good until the previous gen where Merc switched to hatchback body style and even then the base model diesels came with Renault / Peugeot engines!Monster666 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 19, 2021 6:52 am https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... sed&page=3
