Seat refurb

Post by Monkey3.0 » Mon May 13, 2019 11:56 am

Hi All,

So having picked up a 35i earlier this month. I have been slowly getting work done as it needed a bit of TLC. First was a service oil, plugs and overall bill of health check. Then the seats which were quite frankly nasty. I took it to Mint leather repairs In Telford (no affiliation) and they have done a quite incredible job. This is their Facebook page with before and after shots

Quite a difference and now the interior feels great.
Rear luggage cover has been replaced and now some bodywork scratches are being looked at today. Overall an enjoyable task getting it all nice and neat.
Love being back in the straight six with the roof off sounds amazing.

Wow that’s quite a difference, I’m amazed how people can let things get into such a state, those seats looked really grubby

They've done what looks like a very good job, which is remarkable, because on their website they don't know the difference between suede and Alcantara.

Wow they were rank 😳 but they’ve done a great job of bringing them back to life. Look like new seats in comparison.
