No!
But if I put my vehicle in to the checker (which I did after I'd bought them , doh) I get a red message saying not suitable?
Totally confused - nothing new there then.

I think it's the same across all of the E89's? I bought mine locally and the listing didn't specifically mention Z4 but the seller was happy to refund if they didn't fit. They came as a fit for:
* E92 3-Series Coupes | (2006-2010)
* E93 3-Series Convertibles | (2006-2010)
* E87 1 Series Coupes | (2007 - 2013)
* E60 5 Series LCI | (2007 - 2010 Facelift Models ONLY)
My point being that it must be a pretty common fit - I'd be surprised if what you bought didn't fit, especially if they were recommended/linked on this forum

It’s as if the Z4 doesn’t exist when it comes to these ‘compatible vehicles’. Never seem to find things that fit the Z4, you have to search trough the forums and look at part numbers etc instead.

Whats wrong that they dont fit?Punter wrote: ↑Sat Jun 29, 2019 9:25 am FOR SALE. Bought the angel eye upgrade as per link but have since discovered they're not the correct ones for my 09 35i with HID's. To save me returning, does anyone want them? £20.
Will have to find the right ones. I thought they were all universally suitable, apparently not.
I have Z4 led lights in my X6 and they fit fine.

It is down to the seller to include or excludes car makes and models in the compatible list in eBay. So if it should be there but it isn't that is down to the seller.

I have a 2009 30i and they are the same bulbs, H8. I believe all E89 Z4's use the same H8 bulbs for the halos. So what you have purchased are correct. The seller simply has not listed the Z4 in the compatibility list hence the reason why the Z4 is showing as incompatible.

I can't see very clearly in your photo but is the outer ring much dimmer then the inner ring?mr wilks wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2019 4:41 pm upgraded angel eyes to bright white from yellow £21.90

this makes such a massive difference on pre LCI models & takes 5 mins a side to switch over

I can't make up my mind if to upgrade to the LCI side repeater on my Sapphire Black Z4 since like you say the chrome sticks out too much especially on a black car and there is no other chrome on my car and painting them black would get lost. Satin silver is interesting or perhaps a satin gunmetal grey? mmm not sure!enzed4 wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 2:42 am I like the design of the LCI indicators (mine also came with them fitted), but I've never understood why they're 'chrome' - nothing else on the car is so they don't really 'fit' the rest of the vehicle.
I wonder what a better option would be? Black would be lost on a black car, white too contrasting. Maybe a satin silver or something that matches the wheels a bit better?

Unfortunately yes, the design is not great. Nothing to do with the bulbs themselves.Silverstar wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2019 10:21 pmI can't see very clearly in your photo but is the outer ring much dimmer then the inner ring?mr wilks wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2019 4:41 pm upgraded angel eyes to bright white from yellow £21.90

I'd like to see that (gunmetal grey), especially if it's a close colour to the wheelsSilverstar wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2019 10:36 pmI can't make up my mind if to upgrade to the LCI side repeater on my Sapphire Black Z4 since like you say the chrome sticks out too much especially on a black car and there is no other chrome on my car and painting them black would get lost. I took the originals off years ago and sprayed them with a smoked tint as I didn't want the chrome versions.Silverstar wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2019 10:36 pmI can't make up my mind if to upgrade to the LCI side repeater on my Sapphire Black Z4 since like you say the chrome sticks out too much especially on a black car and there is no other chrome on my car and painting them black would get lost. I like it, its not a completely professional job which someone on here pointed out but definitely looks a whole lot better than white.

I want to upgrade my Angel eyes from yellow to bright white but the part number in the first post is no longer available on e bay. Does anyone have another source or do I have to get the oem part from BMW?

Loving the look of the Exhaust tips, you say you had them fitted, how easy is it to DIY and a link to where to buy them would be great
Thanks
