FFS well it almost lasted a year

Post by Stuartt » Wed Feb 20, 2019 9:42 pm

So I had a lovely spirited drive out Friday, roof down enjoying the winter sun covering about 75 glorious miles.

Then a bit later on when my wife got back from work I suggested a short drive out along the local seafront as the sun was still out, well 5mins from home and some Tw@ decided to ruin my day by pulling across in front of me :headbang:

To say I am gutted is an understatement, also heard today that it’s a”Total Loss”
As they estimate repairs at over 13k :tumbleweed:

So I await the call as to how much they are going to try and palm me off with.

Somehow don’t think it would be so bad if I’d wrapped it round a tree as at least it would of been my fault.

13k to repair 😱
Looks like a small front end shunt, bonnet bumper etc can’t see where the cost is from.

Shame though as it looks a lovely car.

I was thinking that as well. Did the airbags go off?

That’s crap, sorry to see this  I’m guessing there’s more serious structural damage underneath that we can’t see.

Ive been there with another car several years ago - Just think, as I did, you can write from the comfort of your home and not from a hospital bed!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
