Hello, I sent an email a couple of days ago and got a reply today apologising for the delay..

Their Facebook page says the same , they are busy and apologise..

Looks like they are victims of their success..

They are sometimes difficult to get hold of but persist. The end product is worth the wait. Good luck

As others have said, persist, it’s my favourite mod! I know he’s had a lot of attention from the M lite group and he’s been inundated!

Does an Alcantara steering wheel go shiny?

Not if you clean it regularly, Had a royal steering wheels one in my tt 3.2 and now have one in my 23i. I clean it with very mild soapy water and a tooth brush once a week and it is good as new.

Yes it can look disgusting!

I shamefully left mine for months without cleaning it and was a tad worried it would never look like this again!

Luckily, recommended cleaning product purchased for not a lot of money, quick spray, wipe with a micro fibre cloth and it genuinely looks like new.

I now promise to keep it looking like this!!

Go on, then. What's the "recommended cleaning product".

I do like Royals work, he did my last Z, double wrapped with normal and perforated leather and Msport stitching.
I now have the thicker Msport wheel in my 35i and after seeing yours I'm fancying mine done in Alcantara with the Msport Stiching :D

When i see the subtly "bespoke" exterior changes you have made to this car Steve along with that interior it only emphasize to me what a styling disaster the G29 really is
On the upside of Bmw's failing i think its possible we may see the coming 2-4 years where the E89 will become more appreciated ( to those not currently aware of them ) & to that end possibly strengthen the residuals of them ?
Credit to you

Getting mine done on the 6th March, Can’t wait! Getting same treatment as yours Steve, Debating about getting the Blue Stripe at the top as well but not sure yet! Got a good quotation off the phone from Jack so from all the positive reviews I genuinely can’t wait!
