Can you remove the wind deflector?

Morning all,

Simple question, but you remove the wind deflector on the E89 like you could on the E85. It doesn't look like it, but perhaps i'm being stupid.

It's sprung.

And when you get it out, wash it. It'll be filthy.

Ah cool, I was looking for clips like on my old E85's.

Is there somewhere in the boot to store it? Always like how clipped in to the inside of the bootlid on the older cars.

There is a bag for it but you have to fold the deflector in the middle to fit it into the bag.
As Buster says it is sprung, to release it press it down and then forward or backwards to release it, cant remember which.

I personally leave mine in all year round. Never know when there’s gonna be a nice dry morning to have the roof down!
