Hello all,
I’m a newbie so please be nice! Had my Z4 E89 for nearly two years near and am still in love!
Am trying to hardwire a dash cam! I’ve been using a guide already on here and am doing it from the rain sensor under the light unit as this is the best method to have no wires on show.
Is anyone able to help me with identifying the rain sensor power wire or any other alternative wire? I’ll be using a scotch block so will not be cutting the wire. There are two wiring looms.
Thanks in advance!

Dash Cam Hard Wire - Z4 E89
Update:
Using a multimeter I managed to identify the correct wire and have fitted my dash cam!
HOWEVER, I now have an Airbag Warning Light and the seatbelt warning light will not go off even though both seat belts are plugged in. Could this of been a wire I knocked loose up in the unit on the roof? If so, how can I check / fix? Any advice please!

Could be drawing too much current setting off random faults.
