After doing some research the guy's name was Quadracer, had over a thousand posts, last posted a couple of years ago, I'm sure it must be the same car.HillWalker wrote: ↑Mon Jan 07, 2019 11:41 pm Wasn't there a guy who used to come on here a few years back who had a yellow 35is, I think he used to track the car and I remember he fitted a quaife diff and uprated the brakes, seems a bit of a coincidence there can't be many yellow 35is about to start with. Anyone remember his name ?

Actually the wing mirrors were always yellow on the yellow 35is. The 35is in Valencia Orange also has orange wing mirrors, they were special colours with interior packages you could only get with that colour and they had wing mirrors in body colour too.

And - on Google - it looks as if they had yellow calipers, too.Wondermike wrote: ↑Mon Jan 07, 2019 11:50 pm From memory the yellow ones didn’t come with silver mirrors, someone on here had one before with yellow mirrors.

I wonder what mine's worth … it appears to have everything known to man on it and has done around 7k miles. I don't use it very often!

There's a 2011 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified ... 2014512143? in Mansfield, under budget but over your desired mileage. No nav but looks like that can be cured with Anubis's thread on the Android alternative to idrive. Interior looks lovely with Alcantara and contrasting stitching

Love that colour but not everyone's cup of tea! You'd never lose it in a car park..

Thank you so much for letting me know about this car! It does not show on auto trader if you filter by model to "35is" oddly enough. I can let the Nav go, and the mileage is acceptable. The car looks beautiful, I am a sucker for the colour, and the alcantara wrapped dash with yellow stitching! I have reserved the car and am going to view the car this week.eff1guy wrote: ↑Sun Feb 03, 2019 10:10 amThere's a 2011 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified ... 2014512143? in Mansfield, under budget but over your desired mileage. No problem, it came up on my search which is set as "3.0 auto". Hope it's as good as it looks, are you far from Mansfield?sunnydays wrote: ↑Sun Feb 03, 2019 5:48 pmThank you so much for letting me know about this car! So as an update to this, had a busy couple of months but still in the market. I have seen a number of 2010 35is cars priced at £19k fly off the shelf from BMW, they sell very fast it seems. There is currently a 2010 35is priced at £15k with iDrive, and circa 40k miles on the clock from a trade seller, I am just not keen on the exterior and interior colour, so hanging tight until something pops up!
