List of Jobs

Post by Hunter » Sat Nov 17, 2018 11:02 am

So my other half got up and went to work at about 05.30 this morning, when I got up at 08.00 I discovered she had left me a little "good morning baby " letter which also included a list of jobs she wanted me to do..put away the dishes, change the bedding, fix the loose toilet seat and feed the cat" well the cat got fed...and then I changed the side indicators on the Z for the new style ones and de-badged the car Side and rear...now im off to the car wash...im sure she will appreciate my initiative :)

possibly some are better than others, but its the tfr they use that does the damage.
strips away all the polish/sealer from your car, and very acidic.

I’m with Phoenixboy on this, you can never know if the guys have just dropped the sponge on the ground just before you turn up
Maybe I’m just too precious about my zed? :?

I do all my polishing and sealants myself. Im not sure that the products are more corrosive than the crap that covers our cars on a daily basis..I will be using mine all winter and that includes on the salty roads.

None of my newer cars (Last 30 years) have never seen a car wash. Always hand washed using the 2 bucket method, car squeegeed (Never chamois) and then carnuba was. The 15 year old TT I sold in August to buy the Z didn’t have a swirl mark on it.
