The funny thing with Fizzmo is he will contact you and offer better bulbs which are not on eBay, I took him up on the offer but he had already dispatched my order so I stuck with my original order:[/i]
Thanks for that. So you're happy with 80W (2x 40W)? I'd be happy with the OEM LCI brightness.

Are these the ones I need?

I'd say a 10 min job, you can see vids on YouTube on how to remove the old ones.

They are OK, but but the inner rings are not as bright as the outer rings... or was it the other way around.
For sure they are better than the yellow stock ones, but if I could I would've gone for the top ones, curious to see how much better and brighter they are.

Great, thanks! Can I ask where you got new side indicators from? Are they original BMW parts? Cheers

I got the same email from the vendor, so I decided to go for the 160w as he mentions they look like the MTEC / LUX - which seem to be as close to OEM as it gets.

One of the bulbs was DOA so I can update you on how they look once / if they replace it.

Tell me exactly what wheels (size as well) and tyres you have please. Frort and rear.
19" Fox Motorsport MS007 in Carbon Grey. Tyres are Continental 295/35/19 and 275/30/19 - wide wheels and tyres, but sit perfect and lots of grip, needed for the 35is.

Hope to get a photo next to yours at a meet.

BTW - Did you have any issues changing the H8 Led?

I've ordered the same as yours (Fizzmo H8) - but I cannot seem to get them to twist to lock position.
No trouble, I had Fizzmo bulbs on my E92, so learnt on that. It does help if you have slim skinny long fingers. Took me a few mins per side.
Deffo.
What are the MS007s like for cracks? They look quite fragile despite looking brilliant on your car!

Yes, an original part. Looks like you can get them on eBay for £90 now. Just remember to brake off one tab, you will see which one.

I really look forward to seeing these. He is normally good at replacing stuff, I had the wrong clip on my E92 bulb and he sent out another.

I ran them on my E92 330i for a time; a bigger and heavier car, no issues, and been fine so far on the Z (touch wood, or in this case alloy)

I'd like to find a way to put carbon fibre effect tips on the exhausts. The stock ones look shite. But it is a cutting job on the exhaust to do and I am not sure I want to do that. Not sure Machine Monkey does ones for the 35is that slip over and tighten from underneath.

Sorry if I'm hijacking the thread but there were a few questions about the Fizzmo LED's.

I've purchased the 160w (75 quid) - one of them was faulty which I'm on the process of returning.

I can't say I'm very pleased with the results I'm afraid. The second halo ring barely lights up, though it looks ok with the Xenons on.

Hmmmm yeah, that's not ideal, still an improvement though.

Perhaps the difference with the lower powerful ones would be less obvious.

No, only contact via eBay. Sorry.

You mean slip on cover tips like this that sit on top of the stock ones...

I am working on these, don't want to cut anything as my car is under warranty. So covers are the way to go, that's how they look on my car so far.

No worries mate, we're all here to help each other. Hmm from your photo paying the extra may not be worth it, I will try take a photo of mine under similar lighting conditions, will be hard as working during the day and its dark by the time I get home.

WOW! Really? 295/35 in the rear or are they 295/30?
and 275mm front, not 255?
Any rubbing front or rear? What width are your wheels?

Absolutely love the carbon treatment. I had sourced a Splitter but it was Matte Black not Carbon. However fraction of price at £120 however I’d need to fit it myself which I’m not overly keen of doing!

Question for you when they fitted it did they drill holes into the bumper or the chassis of the car?

Also the side skirts do you they do a package where you can have all of it done? Cheers!
