I see there is a download available for the west 2019-1 maps. However, in the download manager, when I select the map and click 'ok', the blue wheel (eggtimer) just rotates and the download does not start. Any suggestions?

Erhh....no! Because that’s exactly what happened to me Friday! Tried different browsers and OSX and Windows! Sort of glad it wasn’t just me..sorry

I have emailed BMWconnectedDrive and await their response, but looking at log files there does seem to be a file missing.

Its still not working. BMWconnectedDrive just told me there was a problem with the download manager and they are looking into it!
They are a bit slow in making progress by the look of these posts or they don't know what they are doing. I wonder which one!
