Check performance/mpg?

Since I got my car back from the stealers after them loosening a pipe during its service and running in low power mode for two weeks, i’m not sure it is performing right?

Its back to normal speed etc, but seems I need to change down more often to get the revs up, and i’m sure the mpg has dropped.

Where can I go to get this checked? Can it be tuned to get the best out of it without going as far as a remap?

There is an independant garage (that specialise in bmw) about 50 miles from me, obviously i’d need to ring and ask, but is this something any garage could do or does it need to be specialised?

Anybody have any experience with Paddock Motors in Exeter http://paddockmotorsexeter.co.uk - they only work on BMW and Mini.

You can ask them to check a couple of things:

-Vacuum lines (assuming the n20 engine has a vacuum operated wastegates)
-Boost leaks in charge system
