Hi all,
Couple of questions:
1. Plugin Tuning? or Remap? (non turbo 23iSdrive)
2. Springs? how low can you go without it affecting performance?
3. Roof not working? Found water by the pump What do I do?
Thanks!

Couple of questions?
1) Remap is always better than a plugin device. Personally wouldn't bother on a non-turbo engine unless there's a real gain to be had.
2) Not sure about springs, Eibach are popular but my first change would be getting rid of runflat tyres, that is the biggest improvement to the car.
3) Water ingress is a known issue with several causes. Water can get in through a vent in the battery compartment, from perished seals on the boot lid or through the rear light clusters if they are incorrectly seated.

Couple of questions?
1. I heard a remap changes the way it drives ever so slightly - makes it a bit torqueyer?R.E92 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 5:19 pm 1) Remap is always better than a plugin device. Personally wouldn't bother on a non-turbo engine unless there's a real gain to be had.

2. First thing I did was get rid of the run flats - i think I want it to sit 30/40mm lower?
3. Can this be resolved? or do I have an expensive job on my hands?

Couple of questions?
1) It will change the drive ability but don’t expect big gains at all. I think that it has to be bench tuned rather than plug in.
2) H&R will do about 30mm. Plenty on here that have done it I believe. I didn’t on mine as I valued the front bumper!
3) if you don’t have any warnings then I’m not sure why it won’t come down. You normally get an amber/red warning. There are also some drain plugs I think that can block.

I would sort the roof issue out before any modifications.
Sounds like a good place to start is to remove that grommet referred to in the above discussion.
Dry out everything thoroughly, and then cross some fingers.
