That said, Mrs R and I have only had black cars for the last 22 years, which you may regard as unimaginative! :P
It's a fair shout that the last car you ever travel in will be black as well

Definitely metallic beige.

No way I would buy a car that colour and god help the resale......

Just looks like an old man colour to me....pretty sure you could get a few cardigans, pipes and slippers in the boot......

Each to their own like! :poke:

Sorry, but as above, it’s metallic beige most of the time.

Wouldn't be my first choice but with black grill and maybe a black wrap on the roof and it could be very unique.

Everybody has different tastes, if you like the car go for it. Not everybody likes Orange but hey ho.

Looked better in the film than in the advert. The colour in the advert I really don't like, the one in the film looked ok though. But as they are the same colour, guess I don't like it then.

Having owned 60 cars in the past 30 years if there’s one thing I know.......

Don’t buy a car if you have any doubts about the colour. You have to look at the colour every day so if you have any doubts, they will be amplified over the following weeks.

Spent £20k on a brand new Audi A1 for the wife. It was nano grey, I wasn’t sure but she thought it was ok and convinced me. We bought it and within 2 months we punted it on as we both hated the colour the more we looked at it.

These current trendy primer greys are very marmite colours I’d say....

I dunno, Oyster Gold looked good on a mate's dad's MK2 Granada Ghia and I quite liked Champagne metallic on my old Fiat 132 - esecially as both had brown interiors.

At least it isn't another shade in the white/silver/grey/black spectrum so common on Z4s!

Not for me either. I love silver on a lot of cars including the e89, it would be my choice if I was buying one, either that or a nice grey. But i wouldnt have these god awful champagne silver esque colours. Reminds me of a shade they used to do on the r52 new mini, bloody awful.

Back in the day I had a lovely 1978 XL Capri in metallic dark brown with a beige vinyl roof and beige interior was a classic combo.
You could leave the roof beige and have the rest wrapped dark brown would look really retro
