Rear LED indicators

Post by benv6 » Fri Feb 16, 2018 11:55 pm

Hi Guys

My rear indicators failed and I got no warranty :headbang:

I stripped the light apart to try and fix the LEDs but no luck so unfortunately I will be £120 down .. .... for just an indicator  :headbang:

Any suggestions ?

Europarts maybe?

I bet they’re made by the same people but sold without the Bmw markup

Europarts sell some very low quality produce, almost always the cheapest but you will not get a quality item at all. Maybe google for a specialist LED repairer, they might be able to fix it? Just a thought

So long as they are magneti marelli they will be originals, don't think anybody would see any money in producing a cheaper alternate.

They currently advertise them as Magneti at £185/side less 35% discount.
I wonder what BMW parts counter would charge?

I bought one recently £139.00 from carparts4less. No stock there now.
Still needed stripping and sealing before fitting.
