GP20, do you see yourself in an s35i?
Wondermike, how about you? Are you looking to make a switch back to BMW after the SLK? :)

said it before, this may positively impact the resale value on our generation of Z4's.

Supposedly BMW has learned from the past and won't be stocking many cars at dealerships, so there won't be a surplus to be unloaded at year-end with huge discounts. Most people will have to order the new Z4 and wait for it to be built.
10% discount available already in the UK, so it seems they haven't learned here.

At the moment my next sports car will be a Porsche 911S or above (997 or whichever's the newest model at that time). I'm more likely to get into an E86 M-coupe before I get an E89.
Ah OK, not fancying a Cayman at all?

Yes I'm really starting to like it, the original press pics were OK but now the new ones on the 19" wheels make it look different, bit like the difference between 17" wheels and ellipsoids or 108s. I also like the 370Z a lot, and the Cayman too.

I've been spanked pretty bad on the SLK but my wallet should have recovered by this time next year :D

I just built a nicely equipped Boxter S online for $67 k. Last summer I saw a 2007 Cayman S with 7000 miles, for $46k. I'd be much more inclined to got in that direction at this point.
