Glad it’s all worked out , I recently replaced both switches in the rear boot lid, and salmon relays, as mine had issues !!.
Don’t fear the codes, as with others on here, fingers crossed not difficult to replace.

Having been a member on here for some time it was drilled into me… so first thing I did on mine, pretty much the day after I bought it, was change the salmon relays…. they were the originals from 2009 (as was the battery) !!

I’m a relatively new member on the forum, although I’ve owned my zed for over 3 faultless years now, only issue I’ve had was the microswitches I mentioned previous,I’m in the learning curve mode at present !! Mine is still on its original battery stamped 13 on the post. My car is on a battery conditioner permanently when not in use. My car is due service in November so it’s going to be changed at the same time
