There is , you can delete the album. I have done this as you can run out of room.

Yes you can definitely delete them, I have taken a few off my hard drive

Sorry - different definition of 'off'. I was meaning use it to get a copy back onto a USB stick, but yes you can delete them

I havnt done this but I am sure there is an option to export everything onto a USB but not individual files.

I never bothered with the hard drive in any of my BMW’s, a decent size USB stick with all my ITunes files on it plugged into the socket in the armrest is a lot easier.

Thats what I do, but i’d be interested in how much an ssd speeds the nav up, but I guess its limited by the old tech.
