So I just got my renewal quote through from CK - in a market where car insurance appears to be getting cheaper... my premium is £38 more than currently 
Not terribly impressed to be honest - as a broker I'd be expecting Chris knott to be looking for the best deal for me this year and recommending it to me. Instead I now have to go off and trawl online / on the phone myself. I even put my house insurance with them

If you find something cheaper from a provider we don't have access to please let us know as we may be able to use an alternative quote to negotiate further with your existing insurer.
