I think that there is actually quite a high % outside your criteria - lots of 20 somethings early 30's

i need to renew in Jan. 30 yr old, 13 yrs no claims, good post code but my car prior to the z4 knocks me out....... only had the Z4 9 months

Ive just called to try and get insured on my new Z4. I believe i meet all the criteria, but the office was closed! just an answerphone message at 4.15pm!

Just to let you know I'm taking a (well-earned?!) rest over Christmas!

From today, I am only in on 23/12 but then off till 4/1/10 so won't be able to answer insurance-related questions on here till then.

Of course, the office will still be open each day except the 'Bank Holidays', Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Saturday afternoons & Sundays – 0800 917 2274 or 01580 752961 if ringing by mobile.

The claims department is manned 24 hours a day and the claims helpline number can be found on your Certificate of Insurance & policy booklet.

have had my z for about 8 months, had a 1999 5 series for about a year have 2 claims through insuring a car i bought my daughter 05 and 06 one car rightoff not at fault and other vandalised paint work £1800, would have two named drivers wife and son have 5+ ncb would i be insurable, 04 plate 2.5i se

As with most people, we have been affected by the snow but most of our staff are in now though it took some time. We are due more snow in our location in the next few days but as half our staff are fairly local anyway, this shouldn't be a problem.

I'll let you know however if there are any significant changes re staffing!

Yes, it started snowing at 11am so the office closed because the roads were already lethal around here!

Things are back to normal here after the snow! Sorry for any disruption though we are moving to a town in March where half the staff live anyway so we shouldn't encounter the difficulties we had getting into here earlier this month!

LOL, glad to hear it... am sure some tech-head on one of the forums could sort you out with a nice Voice over IP system so your staff could work from home if they couldn't get to the office
