Why is dealing with car insurance companies so f*****g difficult.
Got a decent quote off CK for insurance using correct information, but as my current insurer only says 9 years or more on their NCB entitlement that all CK will accept.
Its like I've just lost 6 years.
I'm sure you lot make it up as you go along.

9 Years is the maximum anyway for discount so it doesn't really matter does it? I know its annoying but I don't think it will change the price.

I keep evidence of NCB every year, that way with a few documents you can prove you have what you are claiming.
Only had to use it once TBF.
For the last few years the companies I've used haven't even asked for proof, must be using a new database somewhere
