Unexpected Response!

My cover is due for renewal on Dec. 15th so I rang Chris Knott offices to get myself a quote. As usual I went through my current car details ect. ect. but when I said my current insurance was with Admiral she said sorry but we don't quote against Admiral?? Strange no explanation so we just said goodbye.
