I agree I do this a lot also I hate the position of the electric window switches near the door handle and sometimes when I give them the long press they go up and straight back down again or down and then up :headbang: but mostly I hate the hundreds of stone chips on my bonnet, don't know whether to respray or leave it original.

Buy a facelift car

In all seriousness, the facelift cars had more sound insulation / deadening.
I already have the sheets of sound insulation and the new Butyl tape to refit the liners has just arrived today
In amongst other things I've installed one door with sound deadening tonight, what a difference.

Not quite up to my E Class Merc quality but a major improvement.

It is pretty awesome Marlon. Gear change could be smoother, and there are things that could be improved, but nothing else about the car that fits the 'worst' category. It's certainly fast enough, comfy enough, has enough toys (for a ten year old car) and it still has the ability to plaster a face-splitting grin on my face even though it's effectively a DD. My wheels are the worst, but that's totally my fault

I've learned to except my stone chips and the small crack on the windscreen and also my 108 wheels which look like they are made out of Stilton cheese.
On a hot day when I first open the door my car now smells like the inside of an old man's hat. But it's 8 years old with 116k on the clock so it's part of its character. But when I accidentally turn the hazards on it drives me crazy!!
